Kaizen in Tbilvino
Kaizen (改善) is the Japanese word for “constant improvement”. In business, Kaizen refers to activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. The philosophy of Kaizen is as follows: “There are no best results, anything CAN be improved”.
Tbilvino has been certified with ISO 22000 – Food Safety and ISO 9001 – Quality Management Standards since 2009, which means that there are constant quality monitoring processes performed within the company. Nevertheless, since the company is oriented on further development, we’ve invited a former president of “Komatsu Limited Jv”, Japanese expert of Kaizen to our facility in Tbilisi. He studied and evaluated all of the processes conducted within the company in details, approved our approaches and gave us helpful recommendations.
